Stage Two: New Offices

11 Chews Lane

A new state-of-the-art building has been constructed on Willis Street, on the former Malthouse bar site. Seven floors of office space will be developed, ranging in sizes from 235 to 280 square metres.

Levels 1 to 6 of 11 Chews Lane have been sold.

50 Victoria Street

A modern office building has been constructed on the northern edge of Chews Lane, at 50 Victoria St. It will act as a contemporary marker for the precinct and showcase the best of Athfield design.

Construction of 50 Victoria Street commenced in 2006 with completion expected early this year.

58-60 Victoria Street

Four office units under construction at 58-60 Victoria St have been sold.
